Heat exchanger The surface cooling coils adopt seamless copper tuber and aluminum fin, combined tight by 14MPa hydraulic pressure expanding technology, ensuring minimum contact thermal resistance to make the greatest thermal efficiency. The standard coil has 4 rows and 6 rows for choice. The standard pitch of aluminum fin is 2.5mm, other pitch of fins also offered.
Filter
Adopt primary low-efficient nylon net filter, low resistance and easy clearance.
Fan
Adoption of high efficiency pitch low-noise centrifugal fan. The fan bearing adopts famous product, provided with self-aligning and self-locking. The fan dynamic balancing grade reaches to G4.0, to extend the running life sharply.
Fan driving
Adopt V-belt transmission structure, pulley hooped tight by Taper Locker and imported narrow V belt, with which the structure of a wide slope to more than ordinary V belt drive for greater efficiency and service life. The motor uses three-phase squirrel-cage electric AC motor; IP54 protection grade and F grade insulation. The motor is inside the fan and placed together on the shock absorption stent through a dedicated shock absorption pad.
