scroll compressor Features of units:
The unit contains semi-hermetic screw compressor and scroll
compressor, hot dip
galvanizing shell and tube heat exchanger, thermal electronic
expansion valve
( screw compressor), low noise composite blades, and PLC special
for central
air-conditioning.
Electronic expansion valve is used to control refrigerant flow rate
precisely.
Because of PID regulation the system keeps running steadily and
swiftly at
different load, temperature and pressure.
The axial fan is auto-controlled by evaporating pressure in order
that its air
volume can match with the operating conditions and the unit runs
safely and
stably when environment temperature and operation conditions are
changing.
In order to make sure the unit run automatically and safely with
enough data
information, sensors are installed to measure the outlet
temperature,
environment temperature, discharge temperature, oil temperature,
coil temperature,
high pressure, low pressure, etc. values of all the sensors are
showed on screen
and can be outputted by RS485 interface.
Environment temperature when heating15～45℃, outlet water
temperature:
35～65℃. Special designed of the units not only ensure it can
manufacture
hot water at low temperature in winter, at the same time ensure
safe operation
under high temperature in summer. As hot water equipment, the units
are
efficient and energy-saving; do not need a dedicated room. As a
constant
temperature and humidity air-conditioning heat reheat coil have
more
energy-saving advantages.
It’s installed with standard RS485 communication interface, so it
can not
only communicate with SEASONS EASY-NET control system but also
several kinds
of third part controlled system.
Optional item: Color touch screen, remote display, hydraulic
module, heat
recovery device, coil protection grid and ultra-low noise unit. | |
